Andrea is the Head for Yak Visioncare, and her responsibilities will include managing Yak optical business and outlets plus Yak’s corporate and business partnerships. Andrea has more than 20 years of experience, having served as optometrist and business manager in top optical retail chains in Singapore. Having gained deep knowledge of the optometry retail domain, Andrea has expertise in strategy, conceptualization, operationalizing new concept stores plus driving promotions and loyalty programs. Andrea’s recent accomplishments included launching with her team 2 novel experience stores within a year.
Andrea is a graduate in Optometry from Singapore Polytechnic and obtained a Diploma in Sales and Marketing from Marketing Institute of Singapore.
Jerome Lee
Professional Services Manager, Essilor Singapore

Jerome is the Professional Services Manager for Essilor Singapore, leading education initiatives for eyecare professionals. Prior to joining Essilor, he practiced as an optometrist in a retail practice for 4 years, and served as a councilor for Singapore Optometric Association from 2014-2018. Jerome’s interest is in eyecare education, and he aims to play his part to increase awareness of eye health in Singapore.
